You learnt that it is important to promote your electronic addresses in any medium where you have a presence.
You learnt that the Internet is a business medium. It is increasingly being used to sell goods and services, most of which are paid for with credit cards.
You also learnt that while a standard Web screen cannot offer security, there are ways of providing for secure transactions over the Internet. Generally, expert help is needed to create a secure site.
If you have goods and services to sell you should consider the Internet as a potential medium for sales, as the potential market is measured in millions of individuals.
